The Deluxe Chisel Fluff is a medium sized shadow brush designed for maximum product placement on the lid. The dense synthetic bristles pick up large amounts of product, allowing for a buildable coverage of color. It can also be used to blend out shadows on the lid, creating a flawlessly blended application. Use with your favorite pressed or loose eyeshadow powders.
